What is meant by a completely transparent relationship?
It means the client pays for actual costs expensed to its project – all as detailed and within the agreed upon Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Other ways clients appreciate our transparency is through our (MSR) Monthly Status Report. Every 30 days, JEC provides clients with a detailed project status report. It’s a better way to communicate progress on all levels and illustrates objectives accomplished and what remains to be completed. The (MSR) is a valuable guide that serves to address and resolve any open issues on a monthly basis.
